As stated in the description of our labels, the price per label includes up to three words and is priced as individually shown.
If you order more than three words as one label, you will be required to order two labels. If you do not do this, you will be sent an email after payment for the extra money for the additional word. If the additional payment is not made the order will be cancelled and refunded.
General
Supply of Goods
In consideration of the Customer’s agreement to pay the Charges, Little Label House shall supply the Goods to the Customer subject to and in accordance with the terms and conditions of the Agreement below.
In supplying the Goods, Little Label House shall co-operate with the Customer in all matters relating to the supply of Goods and comply with the Customer’s instructions.
Brand Names
Brand names can not be accepted and will be rejected. If brand names are given then they will be changed to an alternative. There is a no refund policy for all alternatives given.
Payment
All orders will be confirmed from the date of payment. Payment can be made online via your debit/credit card or via paypal. All payments are non refundable. Little Label House does not accept returns or exchanges on labels, but if you have any problems with your order please message us on the get in touch page.
Production Time & Delivery
Our labels have a lead time of 5 working days to make from the date of payment Made and then 1st or 2nd class royal mail post to reach the customer.
Product Details
Each label will be made to a max height of 2 inches, unless requested smaller. The width will be automatically made to keep the wording in proportion. If a specific width is not to be exceeded, this must be requested before the words are made. Please check through the order details in your cart, as once payment from the customer has been taken the wording will not be able to be changed.
